TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test )
is conducted every year by Anna university on behalf of government of
Tamilnadu. To get admissions for PG courses (M.E / M.tech/ MBA / MCA ) in Tamilnadu
engineering colleges and management colleges ,TANCET exam is carried out. Students
who clear in this exams will get admissions into University Departments ,
University colleges of Engineering, Regional Centers of Anna university and other Government aided
Engineering colleges and self-financing Engineering colleges. (Click here to see

exam is conducted separately for Engineering and management admission. Students
have to apply separately for MBA , MCA and ME/M.Tech .
